Stress is any feeling that comes with being unable to cope with the changing environment around us. The changes in our day to day activities brings about the need for us to find coping mechanisms to deal with these changes. The moment we are unable to appropriately cope with these changes, we become stressed. Everyone faces stress in their lives, but some people are able to handle them better than others.

Anxiety is a temporary state of worry or nervousness towards something that is uncertain or unknown. As humans we always like to have control over situations, but the fact remains that life is filled with uncertainties and we must learn to control these anxieties before they consume our lives.
