Coping with Loneliness

Loneliness is a feeling of being isolated or secluded from our friends, family or peers. It is an unpleasant situation where you are unable to share your feelings with anyone. If one does not forcefully try and come out of this solitude, it could lead to further psychological problems like depression, risk of suicide, and increased stress and anxiety as well.
